Admission is considered for adults who hold a high school diploma (or its equivalent) or for candidates who may have completed college coursework. Transcripts from all previous institutions attended are required. Applicants must meet at least one of the following criteria:
You are at least 24 years of age.
You are between the ages of 21–23 and have at least 12 transferrable college credit hours.
You have completed at least 90 college credit hours.
You are an active member of the military or a veteran with documentation of service.

We know that your prior learning and experience—in the classroom and on the job—contributes to the energy and expertise you bring to your education. That’s why we offer a number of ways to transfer and apply credit toward your Walden program, which can save you time when earning your degree. You may be able to complete your Walden bachelor’s degree sooner by transferring up to 135 credits.
